The original Beartooth Mercantile Marlin Saddle Ring is the premier solution to fill the unsightly void left behind if you decide to remove the factory cross-bolt safety on your lever-gun receiver. Precision-machined in the USA, this functional upgrade acts as a complete safety delete while restoring a traditional, classic look to your rifle's frame.
Once installed, this piece adds a fully functional saddle ring to the left side of the receiver, which can be utilized to secure your rifle into a scabbard or serve as a secure single-point tactical sling attachment point. The right side of the receiver where the piece locks in place features a clean, traditional mock slot-head screw appearance.
Universal Centerfire Marlin Compatibility:
This safety replacement hardware is designed to perfect factory tolerances and fits all centerfire Marlin lever-action rifles that were manufactured with a factory cross-bolt safety. It drops seamlessly into:
  • Marlin 1894
  • Marlin 1895
  • Marlin 336
Please note: This part is engineered strictly for centerfire receiver frames and will not fit the rimfire Marlin 39A .22 caliber rifles.
