Long Hunter's was founded in 1996 by Jim (aka Long Hunter), a world champion cowboy action shooter, firearms instructor and gunsmith. We are a small precision manufacture for 19th century and modern firearms. We currently manufacture for Law Enforcement and civilian use and offer a full mail order gunsmithing service for businesses and individuals. Our location for face to face business with the public is on Route 66 in Amarillo, TX. We have a small gun store that is operated on the side.
